Les prix mentionnés s'entendent par bouteille, ces prix sont indiqués avec et sans TVA.
Toute commande de marchandise, après confirmation de notre part, doit être payée à l'enlèvement ou au plus tard 14 jours à dater de la réception du colis. Les frais de transport sont exclusivement à la charge du client, après avoir été clairement informé de la somme due.
Sauf indication contraire mentionnée sur la facture, toute commande est acceptée par le client suivant nos conditions de vente. La marchandise reste notre propriété jusqu'au paiement total de la facture. Seules les plaintes écrites sont acceptées, cinq jours à dater de la réception de la marchandise. Nous nous réservons le droit de résilier une commande si celle-ci n'a pas aboutie après un délai de trente jours.
Nous ne pouvons garantir la qualité dégustative intégrante du produit, seul notre professionnalisme peut, à son niveau, garantir une certaine qualité. Les tribunaux de Mons sont seuls compétents en cas de litige entre parties.

The prices for the goods stated on this website are indicated in euro per bottle. All prices are given both excluding VAT and including VAT.
For all orders confirmed, payment must be made at the time of collecting or is due within 14 days net after date of delivery. All shipping costs incurred by DBwine in relation to carriage postage will be charged to the buyer at cost, after prior notification of shipping costs to the buyer by DBwine
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the invoice, these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed. The goods remain the property of DBwine untill the company has received payment in full for the price of the goods. Complaints can only be accepted in written form within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it has not been fulfilled within 30 days.
DBwine cannot be held liable or responsible for the product's taste quality. Our true professionalism is our best guarantee. Any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mons, Belgium.
